Some incidents which include > plates dirty in the breakfast room > spoons dirty > buffet very poor for a 4 star hotel ,same items 7 days > no refills for the buffet, 9.30 am no hot food available

The location is good, not very far from the city center and also very close to bus stop and metro station. The room was very clean and the size of the room was acceptable. The reception of the hotel was very friendly and kind. One of the most important facilities for us was the hotel's underground parking because it is very important in Paris if you are traveling with your car.

A perfectly fine chain hotel set on a quiet residential street within easy walking distance of 2 metro stations and bars and restaurants The hotel was quiet and the room was clean Good powerful shower and comfortable bed.

Warm and Superb reception from the front desk to the lift to the room and very good service at the dinning hall for breakfast. Matthew and a very nice hostess(madame) at the dinning hall/breakfast did excellently well.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a delicious selection of both hot and cold options.

Clean and comfortable hotel with everything you need close by. Friendly staff. A short walk to 2 subway lines. Good restaurants nearby.
