Mercure Paris 15 Porte de Versailles

Some incidents which include > plates dirty in the breakfast room > spoons dirty > buffet very poor for a 4 star hotel ,same items 7 days > no refills for the buffet, 9.30 am no hot food available

The location is good, not very far from the city center and also very close to bus stop and metro station. The room was very clean and the size of the room was acceptable. The reception of the hotel was very friendly and kind. One of the most important facilities for us was the hotel's underground parking because it is very important in Paris if you are traveling with your car.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean, the staff very attentive and kind. The location is quiet enough, but close to public transport for the major attractions.

A perfectly fine chain hotel set on a quiet residential street within easy walking distance of 2 metro stations and bars and restaurants The hotel was quiet and the room was clean Good powerful shower and comfortable bed.
